Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Non-Damaged Items: Returns or exchanges are not permitted for reasons such as "change of mind," "dislike of color/material," or "product not suiting the customer."
Timeframe: You must report the damage within 24 to 36 hours of delivery (check your specific order confirmation for the exact window).
This is the most critical part of the policy. To claim a return or refund for a damaged saree, you must provide an unedited unboxing video.
Start to Finish: The video must start before the package is opened. It must clearly show the courier label with your address and order details.
Continuous Footage: The video must be a single, continuous shot with no cuts or edits.
Package Integrity: The video must show the package being opened from its original sealed state.
Detailed Inspection: Once the package is open, you must clearly show the damage or defect on the saree in the video.
Note: If the opening video is missing, edited, or starts after the package has already been partially opened, the return request will be summarily rejected.
Contact Support: Email or WhatsApp the Saaveri customer care team with your Order ID and the Opening Video.
Verification: Their quality check team will review the video.
Approval: If approved, they will provide instructions for the return shipment. In many cases, you may need to self-ship the item back, or they may arrange a pickup depending on your location.
Resolution: Once the damaged item is received and verified, Saaveri will either send a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund within 10 working days.
Returns will not be processed even with a video if:
The saree has been worn, washed, or used.
The original tags have been removed.
The damage is minor (e.g., loose threads or slight color variations due to digital photography), which are considered standard for hand-woven or boutique sarees.
Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: • In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled.
Return Policy: • Return is available only if the product is damaged, mandatory opening video of the parcel to be made to claim return.
NOTE FOR RETURN
• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return requests that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the item, afterwards the return would not be accepted.
• Once the return item is received in warehouse and quality check is done, payment will be released within 10 working days.
• Exceptions / non-returnable items - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
